IOC representative: At the Olympic Games in Rio declared 278 Russians change unlikely

The representative of the International Olympic Committee Mark Adams said that to participate in the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro claimed 278 Russians, changes are unlikely.
"We have statistics that claimed 278 Russian athletes, and are unlikely to change", - quotes RIA Novosti Adams.

The IOC Executive Board on July 24 decided not to suspend the entire Russian team from the 2016 Olympics, leaving the international federations the right to determine independently which of the athletes in the individual will participate in the games.
